Property plans for the financier's private Caribbean island included in the photographs.
Additionally included in this recent document disclosure is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had created ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and features a notes section labelling different sections of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, such as designs for marina coverings.
